Angel Garcia is a dedicated staffing professional with 5 years of experience in supporting elected officials and managing personnel operations with experience in community outreach and communications. 

He is adept at fostering positive relationships with constituents and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.  Angel was born in Rose Park Oxnard, has been a dedicated community member, advocating for the residents of Oxnard and Ventura County. 

Angel received his Bachelor's in Communication from California State University Channel Islands in 2019.
