Carolina Guillen was born in Hollister, California.  Being the eldest among her seven siblings, she was raised by migrant farm worker parents who settled in Ventura County in 1954.

Carolina's early years were spent toiling the agricultural fields during summers and weekends, where she gained firsthand experience picking a variety of crops such as carrots, walnuts, tomatoes, and strawberries.  This demanding labor instilled in her a strong work ethic and a deep understanding of the value of community engagement.  

In 1987, she earned her Real Estate license and has since thrived in the dynamic realm of Real Estate, Brokerage and Property Management.  

Currently, Carolina proudly serves as co-owner of Esquire Realty and Property management, where she continues to make an impact in both the industry and community.
